How To Setup Your Cold Plunge

In 3 Easy Steps

01. Site Preparation

Choose a flat, stable surface that can safely support the full weight of the tub, water, and user. 
Clear the area of sharp objects or debris to prevent punctures or instability. 
Ensure proper drainage is available nearby to handle splash or overflow water. 
Provide enough open space around the setup to allow maintenance and easy access.

02. Inflate with Control and Precision

Unfold the tub fully, allowing its octagonal form to settle naturally in place.
Attach the pump hose securely and twist or lock it into the valve, similar to how paddleboard pumps work, so air can flow in without escaping.
Use the pressure gauge on the pump to monitor progress — a gradual increase in firmness indicates proper inflation.
Inflate with steady, controlled strokes, stopping just before the walls feel firm and responsive, not rigid.
Ensure the structure is even and stable before introducing water into the tub.

03. Connecting the Chiller to the Tub

Identify the tub’s ports: Water Out (red) and Water In (green) to ensure proper directional flow.
Connect the lower hose from the tub’s outlet to the chiller’s bottom inlet to route warm water toward the cooling system. 
Attach the second hose from the chiller’s upper outlet to the tub’s upper inlet, completing the recirculating loop. 
Verify that all fittings are tightened securely to prevent leaks and ensure consistent cooling performance.
